itl Smoke Control Cabinets are designed in such a way as to have the capability of covering an unlimited straight line length. In suitable situations large radius curves may be able to be accommodated. Ninety degree and other angle joining of banks of cabinets can be also configured as required.

Standard Cabinet Size is 180mm high and 150mm deep and are suited to curtain drops of approx 3000mm from the underside of the cabinet. Non standard Cabinets can be made for drops of 6000mm or more when required.

Modular Cabinets are
(a) Closed Both Ends
(b) Closed Left Open Right
(c) Open Both Ends
(d) Closed Right Open Left

Individual Cabinet Length is established by division of total length span required to be covered x nearest figure to 1500mm

(eg: 7500mm total span/1500mm = 5 cabinets of 1500mm length are required)
(eg : 7200mm total span/1440mm = 5 cabinets of 1440mm length are required).

Each cabinet will have two curtains in it which are installed in an "overlap fashion" to extend coverage of the curtain:

(a) Against a wall or return curtain drop of closed end units.

(b) The central vertical line of each cabinet.

(c) The curtain to curtain overlap of adjacent cabinets.
